Aalto Economics’ annual study trip combines academic excursions and company visits with free time activities and city exploration. The trip typically takes place in mid-November and lasts for four days. Additionally, Aalto Economics serves as an ambassador for the Warwick Economics Summit, and a trip to England is organized at the end of January.
Twice a year, Aalto Economics organises sitsit parties in collaboration with Kansantaloustieteen Opiskelijat. The first, Kansissitsit, takes place in the spring and aims to bring together economics students from across Finland. The second, GSE sits, is held in the autumn and celebrates the Helsinki Graduate School of Economics.
Aalto Economics organises a variety of networking and career events to connect economics students and help them apply their academic knowledge to real-world situations. In addition to these, we also place great importance on our internal events.
